Reservation Policy

Before booking, please read our terms carefully.

We want to ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible, with full transparency and comfort. Below you’ll find all the important information about payments, cancellations, check-in and check-out times, as well as the additional services we offer. Payment and Cancelation

A reservation is only confirmed after payment has been received and validated.

You may cancel or modify your booking up to 15 days before the arrival date at no additional cost.

Cancellations made within 15 days of check-in will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

In case of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will also be charged.

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT

Check-in: from 3:00 PM

Check-out: until 11:00 AM

If guests need to modify check-in or check-out times, this may be possible depending on availability.

SERVIceS

We provide free cribs for children up to 3 years old.

Extra guests aged 4 to 11 years will be accommodated at a cost of €10 per night.

Extra guests aged 12 years and older will be accommodated at a cost of €15 per night.

The number of extra guests allowed per house depends on the maximum occupancy rules for each property.

We provide baby chairs free of charge.

Pets are welcome for a one-time fee of €20 per animal per stay.
